  • How many images should I submit?

    It depends on the client and the images they want to see in the album. You can submit the entire wedding or choose the photos you want us to work with. ...

  • In what resolution and format should the photographs be?

    We prefer high-resolution files. We accept raw and jpg formats. Jpgs must be 300 dpi.

  • How many images per layout can you use?

    No limit, really. But remember, the more, the busier. To achieve nice elegant design, we recommend using 6-8 images per spread or 3-4 images per page.

  • What size and shapes do your designs come in?

    We can design a book in any proportion: 10 x 10, 11 x 14, 12 x 16, and so on.

  • In what format will I receive the final product?

    You can choose either ftp download, image CD or a finished album.

  • How many layouts per wedding do you normally design?

    It depends on how big the wedding was and how many photos you want to use per page. On average, we do 15 layouts per wedding.

  • Do you accept photos from different weddings to design a presentation book?

    Absolutely. We can design presentation books based on any collection of photos.

  • Is there an additional charge for the cover design?

    We charge $20 for cover design. We need the exact cover size including safe margins.

  • Is there an extra charge for RAW adjustments?

    We do not charge extra for RAW processing and adjustments. If you prefer, you are welcome to make your own adjustments and send us your XMP files.

  • How many changes can we request after we receive the first preview?

    We offer 3-5 rounds of free changes, depending on the package you choose. Additional changes will be reviewed and might be charged separately.

  • How long does it take to complete each album?

    It usually takes 14 business days for the first preview.

  • Do you provide binding services, or do you just do the design?

    We offer either "design only" or "design, printing and binding" altogether.

  • Will we receive “sides” or full spreads?

    You can choose full spreads (e.g.: 20 x 10) or right and left parts (e.g.: 10 x 10) images.

  • Do you use text in your layouts?

    Yes, we’ll be glad to incorporate text.
